HR Program Levels

Level 1–HR Complete

With the HR Complete Level, we become your HR Director, working with your onsite support staff; we will manage the standard human resources function of your business. This works well for companies that do not have human resources person, but have several people who have “acquired” HR duites along with their operational tasks. Your staff will receive oversight and guidance from our HR expert and legal counsel to insure their procedures and processes are in compliance with state and federal regulations. We become a working member of your team, attend/host staff meetings, and maintain consistent onsite office hours at your location. We assume the direction of the following key components to assist in the successfully running your business:

  1. HR policies are consistently and fairly applied. Includes dynamic review of Job Descriptions, Employee Manual, forms, policies and procedure.
  2. Responsible for planning, directing and participating in scheduled meetings with staff.
  3. Assist in hiring, counseling, evaluating and recommending termination of employees as necessary and responsible for preparing necessary documentation.
  4. Ensures staff receives adequate and on-going training to perform their jobs.
  5. Assist administrative staff in the managing of PTO/Sick/FMLA and Workers’ Comp.

Level II – HR Support

The HR Support level works best for companies that have HR staff who may need guidance with the more complex issues. Your staff would have access to HR expertise and legal counsel to insure their procedures and processes are in compliance with state and federal regulations. Our function would be more consultative than the hands on work of the HR Complete Level. Your staff would have the ability to call on us with issues big or small to insure their application of the federal and state statutes are in compliance. We will attend onsite meetings as needed. We are available whenever an issue or need arises but also play a proactive role in insuring your human resources staff is aware and is addressing necessary legislative changes correctly.

Level III – HR On Demand

Many companies are large enough to have a dedicated HR Director on staff to manage the intricacies of employee management. HR on Demand gives those individuals the security of having both legal counsel and human resources experts and legal advice on demand. As a retainer client of RC Kelly Law Associates, we build a relationship with your Human Resources Team and become knowledgeable about your company, your industry and your unique operation. So when issues arise your team can “hit the ground running” without the need to relay the “background story” each and every time. With the HR On Demand program you pay a one-time retainer are billed a discounted hourly rate against the retainer as you use the service. Our retainer clients receive the discounted rate off the regular hourly rate.
