Attorney
Brian brings experience in various fields such as construction and compliance. Prior to joining RC Kelly, Brian worked for an architectural firm and a mechanical contractor, where he worked closely with construction contracts. Brian also served as a member of the legal team for a large mortgage lender. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from La Salle University and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
