Grace's diverse background brings a well-rounded perspective and expertise to our clients. Her experience includes critical management roles in national corporations as well as privately held family businesses. She has worked in variety of business environments, from managing national business operations including 200 plus employees across the country to managing a multi-million dollar private practice physician group in Allentown, PA. Grace’s experience includes direct and indirect handling of major pre-acquisition and post-acquisition business assimilation planning and execution matters. She provides HR Risk Management assistance to our clients on a day to day basis. Grace is an experienced independent workplace investigator. In addition, Grace currently consults for many family businesses, large and small; including her own family's business, now making its third generation transition. Her first-hand understanding of the unique nature and needs of family businesses on both a personal and professional level, in conjunction with her formal MBA training and SPHR designation, gives Grace the insights and business acumen to help clients develop their business structure while maintaining their culture and values.
Professional Qualifications
Grace holds a Masters in Business Administration from DeSales University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Gwynedd-Mercy Universty. In addition Grace was the recipient of the Emerging Leader Award given by the American College of Healthcare Executives, has taken post graduate classes at Villanova University and obtained her Certificate as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute. Grace also holds a certificate from The Institute for Workplace Investigators. Her experience also includes clinical work in physical medicine and rehabilitation giving her a thorough understanding of both the business and medical considerations of how best to get injured employees back to work. She has held senior management positions with private practices, regional medical centers, and nationwide healthcare providers as well as counseling family businesses across many industries. Grace has also provided primary pre and post-transaction support and direction for multiple mergers and acquisitions in a variety of settings and practice disciplines.
