Judicial Guidance on the Impact of COVID-19 on KSA Construction Projects

The COVID-19 pandemic has had, and continues to have, an obvious impact on construction and other projects throughout the Middle East. As far back as March 2020, those involved with managing construction projects would have been reviewing their various agreements and trying to predict, and prepare for, the inevitable time and cost impacts the pandemic might cause.
