Our focus is not on defending your business in court but rather helping to protect you so that you never have to go to court.

You’ll have direct access to our HR and legal professionals for practical advice, document review or creation, and clear next steps, without committing to an ongoing program. 

Ongoing HR Support Through Our BCP Program 

For businesses that want consistent, proactive HR guidance, our BCP (Business Counsel Program) provides ongoing access to our HR and legal experts under a predictable monthly fee. 

This program includes: 

  • Ongoing HR and employment law guidance 

  • Policy, procedure, and document creation and review 

  • Supervisor and employee training and counseling 

  • Regular check-ins to address evolving needs and priorities 

  • Proactive updates on changing employment laws, regulations, and best practices 

When you join the BCP Program, our team meets with key stakeholders to assess your current needs and identify immediate priorities. From there, we provide continued support through scheduled meetings, phone conferences, and ongoing communication to keep initiatives moving forward and issues resolved.
