FTC’s Hospital Merger Challenges Hit Speedbump in Philadelphia
The Federal Trade Commission’s (“FTC”) recent winning streak in its ongoing challenges of hospital and physician mergers has, at least for now, ended in a Philadelphia U.S. district court.
