FTC Sues to Block Methodist Le Bonheur-St. Francis Transaction
 
            
    On November 12, 2020, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) sued to block the acquisition of two Memphis-area hospitals by Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare.
