Proposed New Body Corporate Laws

The long awaited overhaul of the Unit Titles Act 2010 has moved one step further with the Unit Titles (Strengthening Body Corporate Governance and Other Matters) Amendment Bill having been introduced into Parliament earlier this month. The proposed changes address a number of issues that were identified in a 2016 MBIE consultation paper as needed to bring the Act into line with modern practice.
