Hart-Scott-Rodino Notification Thresholds to Decrease

Beginning on 4 March 2021, transactions valued at more than $92 million may require filing with the antitrust agencies of a Premerger Notification and Report under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the HSR Act).
