Richard C. Kelly, Esq

Rich Kelly is the founding member of RC Kelly Law Associates with a practice focused on helping commercial operations grow and improve. He developed the firm’s Business Counsel Program and Contract Administration Program in response to the unique needs of the small and growing businesses he encountered through working with insurance agents and their commercial policyholders. Rich gained a thorough understanding of business organizations while working in legal, technical, management, and executive roles for small businesses and large corporations and as Vice President in charge of Risk Management for a major regional insurer.

Grace Bradley Kelly, MBA, SPHR

Senior Consultant/HR & Business
Grace's diverse background brings a well-rounded perspective and expertise to our clients. Her experience includes critical management roles in national corporations as well as privately held family businesses. She has worked in variety of business environments, from managing national business operations including 200 plus employees across the country to managing a multi-million dollar private practice physician group in Allentown, PA.  Grace’s experience includes direct and indirect handling of major pre-acquisition and post-acquisition business assimilation planning and execution matters.  In addition, Grace currently consults for many family businesses, large and small; including her own family's business, now making its third generation transition.  Her first-hand understanding of the unique nature and needs of family businesses on both a personal and professional level, in conjunction with her formal MBA training and SPHR designation, gives Grace the insights and business acumen to help clients develop their business structure while maintaining their culture and values.

Kati Tramontano, PHR

Consultant/HR & Business
Kati Tramontano, comes to RC Kelly Law Associates with experience in management, human resources, marketing, and project management. Mrs. Tramontano holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Kutztown University and PHR Designation from the HR Certification Institute . Her formal education paired with her management background and experience navigating state regulatory requirements, provides the firms client with hands on resource for internal audits, employee issue case management, recruiting and regulatory compliance. Kati also manages the firm’s continuing educational offerings and publications.

Sandra Steelhammer, AIC

Consultant/Legal & Business
Sandi’s broad based experience in business, education and insurance supports the firm’s work with our commercial clients in the areas of contract administration, collections, Human Resources, and general business matters. In addition, Sandi administers the firm’s presentation and event offerings and our continuing education services for insurance agents and other licensed professionals.

Matthew B. Jandrisavitz, Esq

Matthew Jandrisavitz brings to the firm experience in unemployment compensation, contract review, and employment law. Previously, Matthew worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry’s Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, making final determinations as to unemployment benefits, and affirming or overruling the decisions of appeal hearing referees. Matthew also has experience working for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as a legal clerk. Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Widener University, Commonwealth Law School. He has been admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Lenore Picariello

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and concentrations in both Accounting and Information Technology, Lenore brings a well-blended skillset to our team. Lenore’s experiences with both large corporations and small companies include enterprise wide project management, strategy development, marketing, staff training and development, full accounting and budgeting responsibilities. Lenore has hands-on experience running her own small businesses for the last 10 years and is intimately familiar with day-to-day financial accounting, operations and has a well-rounded view of what it takes to be an entrepreneur in today’s business environment.

Hannah Loux

Consultant/Government Relations
Making the move from New Jersey back home to Pennsylvania, Hannah comes to RC Kelly Law Associates team with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monmouth University. With previous experience working for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s legislative department, and local New Jersey Legislator offices, Hannah’s understanding of the legal and legislative world is well utilized in the office. As a former Division I field hockey player, Hannah’s drive, determination and team-comradery is a great addition to our team! Like the rest of the team, Hannah looks forward to assisting our clients in any way possible. 

Lorena Mejias

Project Assistant
Lorena Roserio Mejias comes to RC Kelly Law Associates with over a decade of office administration and project management experience. Lorena has worked for a range of different businesses working with teams to improve communication and processes. Lorena plays an important role within the HR Risk Management Team at RCKelly Law Associates as she helps our staff stay connected with our clients, organized, focused and meeting  our deadlines. Lorena is fluent in Spanish and is great resource for our team and clients as a bilingual communicator.

Laurie Landis

Laurie Saylor Landis comes to RC Kelly Law Associates with extensive internal and external consulting experience in broad based industries including transportation, telecommunications, energy, retail and manufacturing. Laurie has a B.S. from Penn State and a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. As an I/O, Mrs. Landis has expertise in understanding, measuring and predicting human behavior in the workplace and has led HR functions for highly regulated organizations and companies in M&A situations. Her specialties include Employee Relations, Selection, Performance and Talent Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Restructuring, Leadership and Succession Planning, Coaching, Assessment, Training and Organizational Culture.

Clinton Cusick, Esq

Clinton J. Cusick, Esq. is an intellectual property attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also admitted to the state bars of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Cusick has built a vibrant practice with clients in the USA and abroad and has prosecuted over one thousand trademark applications at the USPTO. Services to clients are typically centered on gaining protection for the intellectual property of clients. By registering trademarks or patenting inventions, clients can gain enforceable rights to their ideas. Less frequently, it is necessary to engage with other companies or their counsel to resolve disputes that may arise as to ownership, priority, or infringement.

Mr. Cusick holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and worked as an environmental engineer for eight years before graduating from Rutgers University School of Law and beginning his career as a patent attorney in the year 2000.

Mr. Cusick is also a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, and has recently been appointed Chairman of the Intellectual Property and Communications Section of the Bar Association.

Jessica Pinkerton

Jessica Bradley Pinkerton has ten years of experience working with software implementations/IT support and project management. Her in-depth knowledge of software and computer systems partnered with her organized approach to event planning is a true asset to the SEC team. Jessica has worked for a variety of different industries and most recently has specialized in the health care field.
