How Does the HR Program Work?

One flat monthly fee includes unlimited access to our HR and Legal experts for services including policy, procedure and document creation; review, training, counseling for your supervisors and employees, and human resources advice and assistance. We are always available by phone, email, and face to face as needed. When the program is introduced at your organization, our team of experts will meet with key people to determine the services and support that will most immediately benefit your business. Ongoing follow up meetings and phone conferences with your team and our experts help keep projects on track and deadlines met. Summary updates are provided periodically as issues arise, evolve, and achieve resolution. All clients receive up-to-date information and recommendation regarding new and or changing employment laws, regulations and best practices.
